Bookings are now by request only; no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

Requests can be made by emailing apaa@tcc.co.nz with your preferred hotel (Heritage Hotel, City Life Hotel or Metro Suites), preferred room type, check-in and check-out dates.

To secure a reservation, payment is required by credit card; either one night’s deposit or the full amount within 24 hours of the invoice date.  To see a list of the terms, conditions and cancellation policies, please click here.

Joint Headquarters Hotels

There are 3 hotels very close to the Convention Centre.  An allocation has been secured at each hotel for APAA delegates.  These allocations will be taken up first, however other hotels are very close to the Convention Centre.

SkyCity Grand Hotel - part of the SkyCity complex.  Nice lobby bar area with resturants nearby.

SkyCity Hotel - part of the SkyCity complex with many cafes, bars and resturants nearby.

Crowne Plaza Hotel - across the road from the Convention Centre.  Large lobby bar area.  The APAA17 has secured the Elliott Rooms (off the lobby) as an APAA delegate lounge for meetings.

Changing your reservation 

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct if you have made your hotel booking via the online form.

Cancelling your reservation

If you cancel accommodation booked via the online form at SkyCity Grand or SkyCity Hotel prior to 28 August or at all other hotels prior to 26 September, your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.


Early Access

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
